TERMS OF SERVICES

AMP Drummond inc. is not an insurer, and the protection provided by its products is limited and not absolute in case of theft. Therefore, its responsibility is expressly limited to the warranty relating to manufacturing defects. AMP Drummond inc. reserves the right to modify the manufacturing and/or characteristics and/or design of its products without prior notice, or incur the obligation to exchange the products already sold.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email to confirm it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend to check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Items on sale (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will give you the instructions for the return.

Shipping: Once we have received your request for the return/refund/exchange, we will provide you the instructions to return the item.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase on https://amplock.com/ (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the web pages or individual products you view, the websites or search terms that brought you to the Site, and information about how how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here for you to choose whether you want to allow them or not.

_session_id, unique session identifier, allows Woocommerce to store your session information (referrer, landing page, etc.).

cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores your shopping cart information.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier

storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to know if the current visitor has access.

– “Log files” track Site activity and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, your Internet service provider, your referring and exit pages, and your timestamp data (date and hour).

– “Web beacons”, “beacons” and “pixels” are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card number, email address, and phone number. This automatically collected information is referred to as “Order Information”).

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties who help us use it for the purposes described above. For example, we use Woocommerce to host our online store – to learn more about Woocommerce’s use of your Personal Information, please visit the Woocommerce site. Please note that we do not modify our Site’s data collection and usage practices when we detect a “Do Not Track” signal on your browser.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Order Information for our records, unless and until you ask us to delete it.

CHANGES

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
